Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
We’re based in Australia and currently ship domestically. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding our reach.

Products

Are your pieces truly handmade?
Yes. Every mug and tumbler is made by hand, which means no two are exactly alike. Slight variations in glaze and finish are part of the charm — not a flaw.

Can I request a custom piece?

Returns & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.

Do you accept change of mind returns?
We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, but if something isn’t right, always reach out — we’re here to help.
